Been asked to do a photo shoot for a Hoxton based vintage clothes retailer and need to know if anyone is aware of a quiet and un-staffed laundrette in that general area that could be used. You know, models in dresses sat on big chromed American washing machines and the like.
Or any cafes that might be open to some outside business hours assistance. The stores website has 4000 visitors a day and naturally any business would receive full credit.
I'm a south London boy so know little of the area I speak........

After years of avoidance, around 36, it's finally time to stop hitting pedestrians and get glasses. Big problem though, my big face.
I mean it's not abnormally massive but my head in general is (according to the list of helmets, hats, sunglasses that don't even come close to fitting) is REALLY FUCKING LARGE.Only sunglasses that don't look like a joke are Prada (have had 2 pairs, daughter destroyed both) and every optical frame I tried today in a bog standard high street place just got lost in my lump of northern dough. 56 mil lenses with 19 mil bridge were 'ok' but the arms didn't reach me ears !
I'm thinking something oversized like Bricktop in Snatch or 60's era Michael Caine.
So does anyone have experience of anywhere in London where I can try a few options that cater for the more bulbous man ? It would be fine if was all full of brain and that but after years of pondering my only conclusion is that it's just a crawl space or storage.

As false as false can be, but also probably true.....

A old timer a few doors down has asked me to sell his 'old bike' for a small commission so imagine my surprise when upon expecting some gas pipe from Halfords he presented a virtually mint one of these. http://sheldonbrown.com/superbe54.html
I can't say 100% it's a 'superbe' but it's deffo a Raleigh Roadster and by the trim and dynamo I think it's identical to Sheldon's.
Looks like it might have been re-furbed as the paint is just too good to be true but it's all there and just stunning condition. Full working dynamo and lights, barely sat on Brooks, only the key from the steerer tube lock is missing. He thinks it's from the 50's and although I guess they ran for a while it looks period correct and has the strangest push rod brakes I've ever seen .
Any idea on value ??
