Funds availability
Although the buyer has paid, the funds will be on hold while we confirm that the buyer is happy with the order. We have implemented this practice to keep eBay a trusted marketplace. Check your payment status in the Payments section of My eBay or the Payments tab in Seller Hub. -
I wouldn't either, but with the managed payment system, it looks like ebay won't release money until the item has been delivered. From a selling point of view, that's just mad.
