  you can change the angle to your hearts' content with an ergo stem.

  but i must say i cant think of a practical reason to have it parallel to the tt, the important adjustment is in your bars

  Hi

  I'm after a decent hybrid or road frame (c. £100)
  Looking out for:

  • a-headset 1 1/8".
    
  • butted tubes / premium alloy.
    
  • Large tyre clearance (700x38).
    
  • size: 58 square or a little bit bigger.
    
  • gear hanger or forward facing drop outs.
    
    

  If you have a steel frame, don't be put off I could well be interested.

  I think that's everything.
