She is a GIRL !, she cant handle a SPANNER !
-for christ sake, i seen her with tools, it like me handling a diper..... NOGO!So i just thought that a some kind of a spring loaded chain tensioner, would make it all dandy, because she uses the bike very much, a the chain, has started to fall of.
Any inputs very welcome

Hello
A friend of mine have a Trek soho single gear bike, aluminium frame, horizontal drop put, sliding backward dropouts. I think it has a 10mm axel, with nuts on.
My friend is a girl, and dont like getting messy fingers......
So can i mount some kind of a chain tensioner, with a spring ???
Or do i have to stick with chain tugs ?
(please link me to some cheap ones, that can be adjusted with a hex key.Or could i drill a hole in the dropout, and install a screw, facing with the head towards the crankset, and then adjust the chain tension that way( i seen this on some frames)
Or could i weld a bolt/ cut a old hanger to the frame, and mount a standard spring chain tensioner
