The Salsa is a Cut Throat, designed for the ultra endurance Tour Divide race. It's 2700 miles mostly off road from Canada to the Mexican border, so I'm pretty sure it comes with mtb tyres for a reason!

If you're not trolling I would maybe spend a few mins looking at similar adverts on the site and think quite hard about your pricing. I'm sure you've spent a fair bit on everything but in reality even if you part this out I'd be surprised if you got anywhere near even half of what you're asking. It's a very niche build and I'm being kind here.
Either that or strap yourself in as it's going to be bumpy ride!

Thinking of the amazing folk who run 7R bags and hoping they're safe.
That's my old frame and maybe not quite the bargain it seems. It was my commuter for a couple of years and is far more battered than it appears in the photos and the seller hasn't mentioned that the brace between the chain stays is rusting out. Credit to him though for trying to sell this for twice what he paid at the Bristol bike jumble for those exact reasons though!
