  Hi folks.

  I'm building a commuter which i would like to build geared, I have a pretty decent fixed wheelset left over which I don't want to use on this so if anyone has a decent 700c geared wheelset they'd like to swap for fixed then get in touch.

  Would be happy to just swap rear wheel for rear wheel.

  Based outside Birmingham, would consider travelling, Pm for more details/info.

  the wheels are plain and simple, nothing flashy but they've got plenty of life left in for a commuter/beater.

  You forget to mention what size you needed, I somewhat doubt a 62cm frame would fit you beautifully!

  I am very tall so larger the better, sorry, completely slipped my mind!

  Hi everyone,
  sorry ive been off of here for so long, I have been enjoying my gillott road bike a lot, its been great in the nicer weather but i would really like to build a fixie now! and also a few mates of mine are up for some polo so id like to build a bit of a rat fixie for polo! but this is al lbeing done completely on the cheap! not looking for anything particularly high quality, just cheap!

  Let us know what youve got, the cheaper the better,
  basically i am looking for either 2 complete(ish) bikes OR any bits you have lying about that I can put towards the build and just assemble one or both the bikes from bits from all over the place
  Obviously I am keeping any eye on the local tip and gumtree etc. but thought id try here as well,

  It's just wrong. Components are all fine, but that set up is a laugh.

  agreed. Someone clearly didnt think about the finished article when ordering parts!
  shame, I like some bits of the setup (i think...)
