Hi - Just trying to service a hub from a 2012 Genesis Day1 Cross. I've got the end caps off and need to drill out one of the grub screws, but I'm wondering if anyone knows why the grub screws are there? When rebuilding are these tightened after the wheel is fitted so under lateral pressure or should they be tightened first (which I suppose would hold off some of the lateral force on the bearing)?
Can anyone educate me on this?

Picked this up in a curious state. Had some Cinneli la84 bull horns but fitted upside down like drops!
Couldn't get the Suntor mech to index properly so decided to convert. Enjoying the ride very much :)

Sorry if I wasn't clear - This is a sealed bearing hub not a cup and cone. Hopefully the picture clarifies.
