Sure, I'm 6'4 but with really long legs (35" length trousers). I imagine it would suit people 6-6'4 with normal length legs.

Lovely ride, used around town for a few years but always been a touch on the small side for me, so didn't actually get used much despite the age. Fitted with SKS mudguards, pannier rack, proper brakes and 32c tyres, so a fab commuter/town bike.
Could conceivably post as I have box from new bike, otherwise collection from Bexley/meet in London Bridge etc.
