Hi all, I have a friend who cycles a bit and would like a single speed bike for commuting and general riding in London.

I would be appreciative of advice as what he should be looking for as he is physically big - 6 foot 7 and a healthy 20 stone.

I assume steel frame is a good idea? Which brands do frames that large (61 or 63 at a guess)?

Also should he go for bike shop or classified as he potentially may squash it and need to take it back ;)

I ordered one from wiggle - it seemed like a great bike but the sizing did not fit hence I returned it.
At the time they had a large discount on it and I was impressed with the quality of the bike.

You can also get reviews from others (and info) who did buy it from wiggle: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/onza-uno-deco-2010/

    Cheers, Jon

Roads were completely clear yesterday however they were still damp/wet.
May want to be careful as there maybe the potential for ice...
On a positive note it was pretty clear and not much traffic.

Hi all - some shitbag has stolen the bike belonging to the Mrs.

It is a very crappy bike and certainly was not targeted for any value. We live in Putney so I doubt it would go all the way up to Brick Lane - anyone have any knowledge on where it may be worth looking nearer here please?

Hey Andy, any player you want out just click on the little yellow arrow, your subs will then have green arrows that appear next to them.

Select the green arrow of the player you want to bring in.

The formation is automatically done for you - example if you take off cole and put on ferguson your team will show as 3-5-1 not 4-4-2

Moving players off the bench does not cost anything and you can use this as a tactic. Example Rodellega is playing against Blackpool who are not considered strong so it may be worth playing him this week but not another week when they play stronger opposition.

I am certainly not an expert but quite enjoy trying to work out the best way to play the game.

Hope you have a good opening week!
