Hi. I like the look of it. I just saw it in the Evans catalogue for Autumn Cycling. £19.99.
And at Wiggle for £2 less - sorry for that. And come to think of it, not sure about those pointy ends.. What kind of grips could one use?
And slightly reminiscent of mean spokes in Ben Hur chariot race..
Perhaps his stupid white scarf will get caught in the wheel of a passing cyclist as he drives ostentatiously in a vulgar car with an overdressed botoxed girlfriend by his side, nibbling on canapes. .
What is that chain guard? I have the charge grinder in olive and it comes with a slightly naff (though light) plastic chainguard. Do you know anything about a better one I can get hold of?
Wow! I have just seen the catalogue for 14 bike co and a friend was raving about the place - is it style over substance? Does anyone else have experience of the place?
Sorry! I meant MKS Sylvan not SKS. And the Grinder came with Wellgo pedals..oh dear. and both the MKS Sylvans and MKS clips I bought for a total of £24.45 from J.E.James.
I like the SKS Sylvan pedals - a copy of the Campagnolo Strada ones. You can get quality SKS clips to go with them. These are grippy and discreet and stylish and quite in keeping with the Charge lines. I have just bought a Charge Grinder - and it came with chintzy MKS pedals.
