I have just tried to swap the drops for bullhorns and realised that the drops and stem are oversized? I believe the bullhorns are 26mm and the stem won't even grip them... Is there a solution that doesn't involve buying a new stem to fit? Any advice will be most welcome.... Cheers!

Hi all,
I have finally killed my Giant hybrid commuter and am now wanting to get a fixed wheel but cannot decide what to go for! I don't want to spend more than £350-400 and prefer bullhorns but can always convert.
I have see the SE Lager, best price I can find is on evans for £420(Black & red)... Also seen seriously cheap Create bikes, but not sure on the quality for £200...
I would appreciate any advice and will consider buying second hand if anyone has one going - the funkier the better.
