Manual 997.2 is the pinnacle pure 911 experience! Good luck with the viewing. It's safe money knowing there are so few of them and bore score issues are still pretty much a non entity with the .2

I bought the cheapest 997.1 manual C4s in the country with big mileage at the beginning of last year knowing it had bore scoring (and a bizarre amount of rust) and it's still ticking away quite literally albeit without loss of compression so I still drive it until I can afford to Hartech rebuild it. It wasn't an investment purchase but I felt compelled to rescue it from total demise and for it to eventually become a heroic car with miles piled on it. I drive it once a month...

Sigma have put Vittoria Corsa Controls on sale at £35 on all options just after I bought a pair from them at a higher price point...

This is awesome. Enjoying the paint job. I had one of these M2s in red back in 94 with magura hydraulic rims brakes and adorned with gauche anodised bits wherever possible. It was the only frame I didn't snap during the early days of trials. Hope this finds an appreciative home.

This is what I wanted to build before I got sidetracked. Lovely! I have stem and arm length envy. This might be the inspo for uplifting my other half's 90s Colnag which I bought for her five years ago but had to down tune for her benefit at the time. She's up for drop bars now and I'm going to show her your bike

I thank you. Loving the geometry and surprising comfort of the ride. I'd completely forgotten how much I enjoy climbing hills! Noticed the tiniest amount of play in the rear hub so looking to rebuild it but I've been out of the game for some time. Any pointers appreciated...

Resurrecting myself from the grave with my recently acquired 2008/9 Colnago Extreme C with Carbon 75 fork sporting full Super Record. Found a set of full carbon 3T Acceloro wheels with the accomodating free hub which allowed me to fit the SR cassette. It's the first geared bike I've owned for 15 years and it's a revelation! It's reignited my love affair for two wheels beyond decorative wall hangings and I've finally put together something I want to ride and it has taken for this era of Colnago to become firmly yesterday's news in order for me to tackle it in the 'sport casual' approach that defines me. I've found my new happy place!

    Hey all,

Helping a friend build up a rather lovely Neil Orrell 531 track frame and getting close to exhausting his budget with the following parts still required:

Chainset or cranks 165mm or 170mm in silver - track specific or 170mm road chainset In the vain of Shimano 600 will work

BB English thread to go with the above

    27.2mm silver seat post

    1in quill stem 90-100mm

Flat pedals and some form of retention. Maybe something of a Restrap flavour as a training exercise for the uninitiated

    Pair of tan/gumwall 700c tyres 23c preferably

    Chain, silver

Please do give me a shout with your offerings. Thanks in advance!
