  Hi there, also a newbie to the world of FGSS, long time London cyclist. Am looking to build up an old bike with a limited budget and have found the classifieds section great, been watching them for a while now to get an idea of what I should be paying for a frame. Also I am trying to figure out what size frame I should be looking for - I am 5 foot 4 (on a good day). Any advice?

  Did the 40k last year for the team event - last minute with no training. pretty flat course - watch out for the gravel on the corners through - a few messy crashes and some flat tyres....
