Oh for certain there are sticks in the mud over here. I'm just trying to get everyone with relevant and constructive opinions and comments in the same conversation. Dude, you don't have to tell me about the silly ass comments that pop up on the rule threads on LOBP. Sometimes I open up a rule thread and I simultaneously start grinding my teeth and pulling out my hair.

I would love to ref a tournament with a crease, i reffed a lot of the Battle for the Mid-West games for reference (the bench). I've never seen it done but i'm an old ice hockey deference and while the rules are different about who and when can be in it I'd like the see it live and see how it effects the game. I think the double goalie is a stagnant and while not on a whole uncreative an active defense is way more fun to watch. I just want to see how effective it is about opening up the front of the net in polo.

Re: "I don't think a crease would solve the problem so much as just move it outside of the crease." I'm not trying to sound like an asshole but that is the whole point right? move bodies out of the front of the net for a cute drop to a shot or finesse ball. In my mind if you open the front of the net of the second goalie then more scoring opportunities will be created with the opening of shooting/pass-to-shot lanes.

Also if you all have opinions like this be sure to chime in on the rules discussion on LOBP right now. I'd love to see opinions and comments from across the pond in that conversation. There are currently a quite a few things being discussed. The root thread is here:

And Snoops, that Wild forward got a lesson from the Czech net minder, hahaha. (I'm a die hard red wings fan, born and raised in southeast Michigan)

Living on instant noodles, he said. More likely to be from the tonne of cash spent on parts, no? ;)

    Awesome bike, dude!

Luckily I was able to EP most of the stuff, including the frame-set. The meager wages of a currently winter time mechanic and machinist's apprentice don't exactly line my pockets. I guess I like a taller gear, like emab said I play more of a flowing game, less stops. Though it makes wheelie turns more difficult. On some courts over here even this feels spinny to me (think full size ice hockey courts). Thanks for the compliments, I love this damn bike.
