  After not being in the sea for many years I announced that was just off to swim around the red plastic thing (about two miles out) at first it was easy (the tide was going out) when I turned back the people on the beach looked like ants. When I eventually made it back I was exhausted and terrified.

  I also cooked a whole x mas dinner at ten o clock Christmas eve - too pissed to understand time

  I rode my first one back from Brixton to Dalston when I got it and it was fine. Take it easy and you will really enjoy it, its fun.
