Great weekend, even for them who just watched (me).
Highlights for me:
L'equipe rotating without leaving the goal unprotected. Each of them played each position. This was new to me. During the last tournaments each l'equipe player seemed to have one special position and played only this one. As long as they have two players in offence, they are dangerous. And the third makes sure that the goal is protected from long-shot-hugos or fast-counterattack-clowns, no matter who.
Toros did the same. Zombies, Malice, too, but maybe a little less effective.MVP for me was Kevin. He scored so many goals for DTGP and did the game organisation.
When is Greifmasters 2?

Hi Bill and Yorgo, was really great to play with you this tournament. The old guys kicked ass. (I am looking way younger than I actually am).
Little comments to the tournament: Right, the organization was terrible. If you say the tournament starts at 11am, then you start and you don't wait for those who are late until 2pm.
The time out rule for broken mallets was stupid. And stopping a tournament's final phase because someone is blessed is also weird. You let them get a replacement, ok, but not shifting the whole thing to the next day.
And right, the munich style is boring. I prefer speed and action, and if paris and london can get better passing into their fast riding than they will be top in europe. -

The paris qualification tourney yesterday was awesome, and since a long time a moment to really see who the good teams are in Paris. There are 4, maybe even 5 teams who fight in the same league. MGM, AA and Marteux Players were yesterday the better teams and they managed to defend well against DTGP. They didn't let hugo get into his game. And if Kevin is THE factor in DTGP, than they should play the north american qualification for the worlds. Edouard is a good solid player, and they should work on being a real team.
