  Its is a cheap BMX style pedal , no idea on the make.
  The socket is truly buggered - no amount of stamping is going to help - the allen will just spin...

  so I have a pedal that is refusing to come out. I am turning it the right way, but now the Allen key socket to remove the pedal is now threaded (almost round and the pedal does not have a flat section on which to use a spanner or pedal wrench - they are very cheap pedals!

  Any ideas how I get the bugger out? I was thinking of drilling it out - but don't want to go down that line if it is just going to cause more problems.

  Can you help? (other than calling me a twat for crapping up the allen key socket!)
