Looking at the Bowery (what year is it?) I think the frame is the best bit. Get some nice wheels and chainset and you'll have a great bike for well less than 800 quid.

Got a Monaco beginning of the week. It doesn't have the nice retro looks. But it's light, it's quick, it's cheap, and the handling is well behaved. Yeah the seat angle is slack, but it's not really a track bike, and it means your arms are nice and comfy when tanking down an open road on the drops.

Also everyone told me the tyres would be awful, but I find them pretty average. They don't need upgrading right away unless you want to go up to 25s.

I didn't know "My Little Pony' were making 'Fixies' !!

I hated this. But I can't stop looking at it. Now I'm thinking, maybe if I just change the rear wheel . . .

    Langster geometry

    The 49 has seat-tube angle 75.5 and head-tube angle 71.75 and effective top-tube 518 mm.

    The 61 has seat-tube angle 72.5 and head-tube angle 73.5 and effective top-tube 600mm.

Doe anybody know what the angles on a Bianchi Pista are?

What's wrong with the geometry on the Langster?
