Hello all!
Details:
The frame is Columbus TSX steel probably from the early 90s, also going on the flags it is Dutch. The frame has a dropped top tube, this gives the effect of having a smaller, more rigid frame, but for taller riders (I don't know if it helps with my fatness though). It is an interesting, quality frame and is in fair condition, a few chips to the paint but these mostly reveal chrome on the rear stays. 64cm from the centre of BB to the top of the seat tube, 59cm c2c top tube.
The gears are shimano (2 rings at the front and 7 on the back) with integrated shifters rather than downtube. The Crankset is Ofmega, the front mech is a new Tiagra job the rear is 300EX. The saddle is a Selle Turbo. The rear wheel is an Ambrosio rim laced to a Shimano hub, the front is a Red Deep V laced to a Miche Primato hub (it is still silky smooth). The Headset and Bottom bracket are only a couple of months old. The tyres are both in good condition (Front is still looking quite clean).
This is a cracking bike that has served me very well, but I haven't used it for a while so it has to go to a new home. £250 posted FROM SOUTHAMPTON! sorry for using capitals, but I wanted to make that bit obvious.
