I witnessed this incident. Had just crossed the Askew Road on foot then heard some absolutely chilling screams behind me. It appears the HGV was turning left from Uxbridge Rd to Old Oak Rd and the cyclist was heading straight on. It seemed like the lorry realised straight away and stopped in the middle of its turn. However I didn't see the lorry's indicators flashing so could well be that the cyclist thought the lorry was going straight on.
Saw the cyclist under the lorry. Looked like she was moving which hopefully is a good sign. If anyone has any updates on the cyclist's condition, please post. Fingers crossed she'll be fine.
Looks like cyclist is going to be ok. Incredibly lucky escape.
