Hey,
Selling my Vitus 979 complete bike. A little bit of a mish-mash of parts:
- Vitus 979 frame and forks 56x56cm
- Shimano 600 groupset - 7spd cassette, biopace double chainset, downtube shifters
- Mavic Aksium rear wheel
- Open Pro/Primato front wheel
- Selle Italia mangelflow saddle
- 3ttt stem and Deda bars (bit of a scratch showing my incompetence here)
The chain and cassette have done about 15 miles. Also have a pair of black SKS raceblades that are on it right now. You might as well have my locks and lights as well as I have no use for any of this any more! Nothing too fancy but a nice little run-around.
This was my first road bike, sad to see it go! Looking for quite a quick sale on this as I'm leaving the country in a couple of weeks - left this quite late! Collection in East Dulwich or I can potentially come meet you somewhere South East.

Hey! Aware this thread is old and gone but I would love to get a pair of these, the flat backed boss plates are all I need as I have a pair with the curved ones which won't work on my frame! But happy to buy the whole 600 shifters off you if you'd rather. Any help would be much appreciated.

bought some nice handlebars in america and stupidly told the guy i didn't need the stem with them. anybody have one of these for sale? i live in camberwell but can come meet around london tomorrow.
i tried a coke can but nowhere near filled out enough, has anybody used anything else? tin can maybe?
