George Sportif blew past me at E&C and then I chased him down the OKR. Finally caught up after Tesco. We didn't recognize each other but I loved when he turned and said, "I was wondering when you were going to catch up." Then lols and a catch up. Turns out we're both on the forum. And I bought a stem from him 3 years ago. /storytime

My two cents:
1.) Don't slow down into a hill so you can shift into a granny gear. All the fixed are trying to keep momentum going into the climb. There's nothing worse than using leg power to slow down at the base of a hill because geared riders are trying to shift down before pulling away.
2.) No Loud Freewheels. Leave the Dura Ace at home.
All that said I haven't been on a TNRC for ages. I miss it dearly though.

Spotted, me on my arse in the underground carpark at work this morning. If they know the drainage doesn't work why the fuck make the road surface out of glass.
I've done this TWICE down there. Last time I tried to ride across the pedestrian stripe and hung my back wheel on the 5mm line of paint. It pulled the back wheel straight out from me and down I went on the glass...

Done! Although, I thought we were aiming at 2019? Isn't this is an endurance event for gentlemen and women who, through experience, have acquired the ability to suffer through pain and lack of sleep in ways that younger people can't?
So - what's the programme then? 200/400/600/PBP in 2015 with a 400 in 2014 to get early registration? Loic, you'll have to fly over to America to do one here with me. The rest of you are welcome to come along.
