    Hi guys and girls

I have a Fizik Pave CX Sport for sale

Nice saddle, but I fancy a change. Came with my bike.

Small scuff to the right rear - does not affect ability to take your buttocks.

Also include one pair of scuff guards (I replaced these when I dropped my bike, which also scuffed the cloth which I couldn't replace)

    See pics

    £30 ono.

Going on fleabay in a couple of days if no interest.

    Old street

    Thanks!

    ;) but to a crackhead a £500 bike = a £50 bike effectively.

I think the gf would go apeshit if I brought 2 bikes home. She's not best pleased that we don't have a hall as it is :)

Does this mean that people have 2 bikes? One shit one to commute with and a nice one for long rides? Where do you store them if this is the case? This is the only problem I have with getting a shit bike.

7 hours! to be quite honest, that's a very long time to lock a decent bike up outside, after all you did get back at 7.30, the bike probably got stolen between 5.30 to 7.30, that give the theft 2 hours to cut the bike at dusk.

sorry to hear about your bike gotten stolen thought, if I were you, try and find an old road bike, stripped all the geared part (leave the brake), I got a rear wheel with an freewheel sproket if you want to buy it off me for £30, it even got a decent tyres on, so it's ready to run.

hopefully the overall cost will stay under £100 (assuming you pay at least £70 for an old working road bike).

chance are they're less likely to nick it since it just a shitty (but working) bike and you don't need to worry that much if it does get nicked.

cheers for the suggestion... I hate the thought of giving in to thieves though. And although I agree it is a while to leave a bike locked, I had my last one stolen in broad daylight (1pm) after leaving it for 50 mins, wheras the same bike wasn't stolen from the train station where I left it for 3 days and 2 nights.. so who knows

I work around there and just happened to be walking past. Have you asked around to see if anyone else's bike was stolen from the racks? If so, a combined attempt to look at the CCTV footage might yield some results? I'll keep a look out around the area anyway.

I've not had the chance to ask around really. When someone attempted to take my bike from there, I went to speak to cass to see about the footage - they were very unhelpful :( thanks again
