It seems that others have a similar opinion of James Martin and not just cos he is a cunt to cyclists... check the comments below the blog...

serios wtf... why is it some people see a bike and go fcking mental? after a post or two about ratcatchers i googled to find out more, read some fairly trite article from the indy, but the guy on a recumbent said outside london where they're less common he's even had sht thrown at him!

too many of these stories, where do they get off going insane.

    Me +2
I also like the little Cuban/Brazilian/Spanish (never worked out which it is!) bar over the road, especially in the summer.

The Griffin is not that kind of pub, only one was cuban, the rest eastern European.

Was just thinking about concrete as you do. You can seriously reduce the thickness of a floor slab by running cables through it so when it has been cast you tighten them. Under compression you the tensile strength goes up.

Would this work on other materials? Could you stiffen a frame by putting the tubes under compression? I'm assuming no or it would have been done but why?

apologies - my first outing on SPDs saw me upside down in a hedge... it looked a bit like this:
