Cheers!
Parts are Veloce 170 triple chainset (I'm hopeless with hills) and front mech. Sun XCD rear mech (the lovely Suntour Cyclone MK1 long cage that I sourced broke on the first outing). Centaur dual pivots and bottom bracket. Super Record brake levers and Record headset, seat post and small flange hubs. Mavic Ma2 32/40. 3TTT Record 84 stem, Morphe bars and tape. Suntour Perfect 14-24 6 speed freewheel. Brooks B17 Special. Crank Brothers Candy pedals. TA bottle cages and as many beautiful Campagnolo clips as I could use!! I think that's it?! Mercian said they only had a couple of sets of the limited 531 tubes left when I was measured up for this frame, so I'm very pleased I was able to own one. I was adamant about having a spot of chrome and the fork crown was the cheapest option but as you'd expect, it's stunning. I've only done century rides since building the frame up and those 400 miles have been glorious. Thanks again. -

Good afternoon, good people.
Here's one for you: did Witcomb have badged handlebars made for them?
I've just unravelled a pair from an old Holdsworth and they have stamp identical to that of the Witcomb crest. Upper case serif W with London England in a scroll below and laurel leaves around the side.
I don't own a Witcomb or know that much about them so I thought I'd put it to a London forum... -
Absolutely gorgeous! Great colour scheme. I too rode a Zephyr for many years, lovely bicycle.
