-well as for an intro. after lurking for a few weeks I've decided to join, I currently live in Newcastle, planning on converting an old racing bike, and currently at college.

I'm guessing he's the one riding fixed, tall with facial hair. I've spoken a few times, and he's made me get into researching fixed and thus wanting to switch. :)
