  Interesting idea, but my competitive advantage comes from the fact that I know my route - flow of traffic, timing of lights, prevailing winds, etc...

  I'd worry that this fabricated scenario wouldn't truly reprsent the all round skill of the commuter.

  • be sure to include a hulk on a full sus mountain bike. Wherever my commute has been in London there's always been one...

  Rather than vaseilne, try HayMax. It's an "Organic, Drug-Free Pollen Barrier". Got it for the first time last year and will likely use forever more. Smells good too.
