Well if you have high end carbon forks, it may well be in your budget to get some high quality enameling done to it. Some alkyl enamels can be air dryed, and are very tough, then you can put a clear coat on for super durability. Would be quiet expensive though...

Anyway whos up for this el cheapo powdercoat??

illy I have more then one...PLEASE DONT HURT ME!! hides. I have friends who ride fixed...does that make me more acceptable?

Broker...half term starts from now, and ends in a week. I work in a school see, and have no time to go to armourtex during the day normaly.

Now some people may be thinking why I'm here when i clearly dont ride fixed...well despite that this site has been wealth of information on my journeys of building bikes...so thought i may help a few people that may want to get things coated, seen?

Do graphite frames exist?! Graphite is good for drawing, not sure if the same applies to bikes...

Sorry to hijack thread, but I'm in a bit of rush to get this done during half-term (I work in a school).

I'm looking to get my bike powder-coated and lacquered at Armourtex, coloured Raleigh red (like this http://www.frankencycle.com/images/red%20raleigh.JPG).

Anyone want to join me and share the costs?

    Thanks!
