As for being in perfect working order, Entropicp picked up his Potenza complete with a couple of scratches and a dinged hub. I hope standards aren't slipping, especially as their prices are pretty sporting...
Just to clear this up, Condor did replace the scratched stem and brake lever when I mentioned it and they agreed to build a new wheel to rectify the dinged hub, so that is fair play on Condor's part.

You sure the Uno hubs are rebranded system-ex. They look nothing like them:

I thought they looked more like Miche Primato Hubs.
I actually went for the Condor uno rims instead of the Miche on my wheelset because I prefer deep-V's. The difference in price was only 3p. Hopefully I didn't make a poor decision. Their house brand stuff actually looked quite nice IMO, e.g. seatposts and brakes. I just went for the Sugino cranks as well. £50 extra cost didn't really justify the weight difference for commuting use for me.

I went through ETA (http://www.eta.co.uk/). They seemed to have the best balance of cost and terms and conditions. You have to pay an excess unlike Cycleguard but the coverage is more thorough since Cycleguard will only replace whole bikes and not wheels, forks whatever else thieves want to steal these days. I ended up paying £105 for £925 worth of cover.
