  A 36 year old woman cyclist was hit and killed by a driver yesterday evening. The police are seeking two men who fled on foot from the overturned car involved. Whiston Road is constantly used as a rat run by speeding drivers. When will something be done about it? RIP.

  Awful incident in the Standard today. A cyclist in his 20s is fighting for his life after being hit by car which then struck another vehicle yesterday evening. The driver, a 24-year-old woman, has been arrested for causing GBH by dangerous driving and remains in custody. Fingers crossed he pulls through.
