sorry varno... got knocked off my bike on monday thought i only needed wheels turns out the frame is dead too... another time maybe

need a little advice... what do you do if you were more to blame, lets say hypothetically! you ran an amber light and got knocked off your bike and caused some damage to the car, and a fair bit to yourself...
do you contact the driver or wait for them to contact you -
