I don't know about shipping methods but I know you will be liable for tax. From memory, the allowance for gifts is higher than normal purchases (£15) but it's around £35 I I think. So import duty (around 2.5% usually) and VAT (20%) due on the declared value+shipping cost. Parcels from the US have a high interception rate.

Free to a good home. 1970s (I think) Raleigh road bike, I think this is a 52cm seat tube. I believe this has the old Raleigh threading in the BB. 5 speed Huret rear derailleur, single front. Functional but tired. Could make a nice project for someone, or a pub bike.
