Beware of around Holborn from today. InMidtown a business improvement disctrict have issued a press release which encourages people to report cyclists. They are calling for "responsible" cycling but without calling for "responsible" driving. Very one-sided. A new regular literary event will take place in London and will be launched at the The Fitzroy Tavern, 16 Charlotte Street, London W1T 2NA, 7pm Wednesday 12 January. The London Cycling Bookclub is the idea of cycling enthusiast Matthias Pleyer who hopes the club will meet every six weeks at a London venue to discuss cycling in London and books about cycling everywhere.
