  Cheap wheelset wanted for a budget SS build. I don't mind if it's got a freehub for gears - I'll use a SS converter.

  Shiny silver rims would be a bonus. Anything would be fab though. The cheaper the better.

  In fact my frame's about 1/2 the price of an ENO hub :-(

  I guess White Industries got the patent (or whatever's needed).

  Good point Tynan. I hadn't thought about brake failure issues. Two brakes it is!

  Those white components look fab. I'm getting really excited about my 'project'.

  I'm still looking for frames but I don't think I'll manage to find vert dropouts and don't want to start paying for frame alterations. I really need to keep this a budget build :-( I'd love to be able to get carried away with this one.

  Are tensioners and vertical drop out SSs really much worse than horizontal dropout SSs?
