there is a ridiculous amount of fixed gear riders in bristol these days, with a lot of really horrible bikes to match. keep away from the mud dock they're a bunch of nob heads, they laughed at me when i asked them to order a quill stem for me. bike workshop on colston st is good, real friendly and lots of spare parts and a bike shop in bedminster on north st or nice too.
yeah sorry, ahead and 1 inch. they seem to stop making them in silver under 110 mm which is annoying 'cause i'm quite short and have a small bike so a long stem just looks ridiculous.
me and my bike shop seem to be having trouble finding a 80mm or 90mm silver threadless stem. anyone know of somewhere i might be able to find such a thing? i've tried the usual online suspects.
i took my frame down the my local shop in order to get a headset, turns out i've got a weird size of 30 mm which they've never seen before and told me my best bet to get a headset this size is on the internet. anyone know where i might find one?
