Right been for a ride with Jess and Pj's this afternoon. Will try and pop along to this as well. Bring the best lights you have as the lanes get pretty dark.

I'll probably be up for this as well my bro is back as well so will probably be with me as well. Both geared I think.
Depending on numbers could always try and do a fast and a slow ride and meet back at a pub somewhere ?Might try and get a ride sorted for Monday as well.

cheers, right I think I know where I'm going now just gonna head to the station and I'll be on the next train.
Might be worth checking the rubbery oval thing that pops through the cleat and rests on the pedal.
In the past I have had trouble with the rubbery thing moving and causing movement between cleat and pedal.
