Hi Marcus,
Might be interested in splitting. How much would you offer for the wheelset?
Nicest wheels I've had... sniffIt's a shame I live in such a hilly area and my commute takes me into the flat plains of Manchester. Otherwise I'd keep it... but I cant be doing with a gear low enough for the 1 in 5 on the way home that's fast enough for holding pace with 30 mph traffic in the city.

I could have sworn I posted this earlier - I'm not sure whether it was submitted and deleted or whether I had a senior moment. If there's a problem with my advertising this, please let me know. I had not intended to infringe upon any of the rules.
On offer here is my 19" (54cm equivalent) medium-sized Pearson Hanzo with the following specification:
I'll take £250 from anyone who can collect from New Mills or central Manchester.
It will be £300 (including postage) for anyone who insists I post it. That bit extra reflects the time and trouble to lug a bike box home, as well as fully insured postage.Miche track hubs on open pro rims
Front tektro dual pivot brake. (Rear brake is not fitted, can be supplied).
48t x 16t fixed gear
Mudguards (reflector snapped off the rear)
Butted chromoly 19" frame - this is the medium size, somewhere near 54cm equivalent.
ITM Racer handlebars
Kona 110 mm stem
Kona aluminium seatpost
Vittoria 700c x 23mm tyres of some description.I was knocked off the bike late last year and although the bloke from the bike shop near work said he would still ride it, I would change the handlebars and the brake levers (one of them got mangled). Otherwise the bike is completely unscathed - my elbow broke it's fall!
The bike has the regular marks and scrapes from the rigours of commuting. It's still on it's original drive train which I can only guesstimate as covering 3-4k. *Complete with SPD pedals, I had it weighing in at approx 9.6kg.
I would rather not post. Can possibly deliver in the north west or take on a reasonably priced return train journey.

Zero, I know who you are now thanks to this thread. I started working in the city centre a few weeks ago so I've seen you a few times during my lunch hour. I'm blending in with the clones (shirt and tie).
My fast fixie - looks like this but now much filthier. It's nothing special but I like it. It wants for some better cranks, but I'm quite pleased with the wheels (mavic open pros on Miche hubs).
My current daily ride. A big phat gold star to anyone who can guess what it is. I'm experimenting with the handle bar height so reluctant to cut the steerer. It rides nice and stiff... enough to embarass the guys that like to try and race me on my commute, even though I'm carrying a boat load of stuff. (And despite the GBH sticker, it's not one of theirs! The guys a GBH were kind enough to give me some stickers when I interviewed them for a local cycle campaign publication).
And on a really good day (nice weather + time to spare) I ride this:
Wheels gone.
Accepting offers on the rest.
