I have never met you, but if it really is hilly around you then I can pretty much guarantee you don't need a gear bigger than an ~80inches, I believe that is an acceptable gear for outdoor tracks, not hills. You may be pushing harder on the pedals but you might be going quite a bit slower. Chapeau though.

I only notice the difference on release. Clipping in is like having the adjuster screw turned quite far down, press hard, pop, in.

On release there was a "middle ground" not in or out with a spring, but these don't, more like a switch.

Only used on the turbo so far :(

Epic bumb, well conclusion as I remembered I posted this in the first place.

LOOK are fantastic, it took so long because I was at uni so couldn't get the pedals to the shop and then couldn't collect the new ones once they ha arrived. The shop just said they had the replaced ones in and I forgot to ask were they at least any version of Keo2Max, well this is what the froggies sent me last month - Good things come to those ho wait:

The price tag reads £249.95, might not use them in crits...

Girl with like 2 buns in her hair white cap and helmet riding a red steel Colnago that looked very new with some of the new shapes Campag shifters on, oh and white Sidi's ... Erm marry me? (Might have to get rid of the Sram calipers though :p)

And whilst I'm here, AndyP, saw you were at HH CX, next time I go to one I'll look out for you and shout. It will defo not be "rider through" though as I was crap haha

    Thanks for that.
Yea I don't like the grip cleats, they just grip the pedal when trying to clip in, I have 1 set of old cleats thats getting saved for the summer, hard to find now somehow.

The bike has been made as heavy as possible ... so that whilst training with people on R3's I will get fitter quicker. Therefore i want the 2 grams back!

(And I don't fancy riding on the bearings)
