thing is, its probably a guy that like bikes rather than a gypos that ride MTBs and view anything else as gay. he needed the handlebars or knew they were wortha bob or two, knowing i would have to wheel it all the way home.
oh and i had brakes but they left the cailper in good working order, rather considerate, no cable cut.

have any of you guys been victim of stolen handlebars.? it seems theres no solution but not to leave your bike unattended for long periods of time in london, (i have the biggest krypo chain due to my other bike being stolen) but this, i just didnt see it coming.!

nope i wanted a fillmore really but i rather build this bike now since i stripped it today. anyways, i heard that a 26 mtb fully inflated tyre is not much bigger than a 700c, theres a 3cm gap between the front fork and the wheel right now with my 26 on, do you think i can fit the 700c on.?
or i should jus go down evans with my stripped frame and check. -
oh i thought it said it was. so why cant i put 700c wheels on a moutain bike.?

yeh i prefer the 700c road tyres. how will i know if i have enough room, i thinking of buying 165mm cranks so that will help.

then a 1/18 rear sprocket, 18t, and then buy the 1/18 chain, is that a fail proof plan.?
44t crank which rear sprocket size should i choose.? which one is easy to pull skids with.?
