Me and a couple of my mates are planning to fly our bikes to Amsterdam and cycle home in the summer but we need to buy a trailer to carry our tent and junk. Has anyone ridden a fixed bike with a trialer on it before? I was just wondering whether I'll need to buy lower gearing/free-wheel/rear brake or not?
Also, the cheapest trailer we've found is about £80, anyone know of a cheaper one?
Thanks
Tedri

My freind recently found his Dad's old track bike in his shed. It seems to be pretty good but the frame has rusted through one of the 'seat stay' tubes at the back of the bike. Is this something that can be repaired or is the frame a right off? If this can be fixed does anyone know how much it would cost?
Thanks guys.
Tedz.

Cheers Max, I actualy sat on that exact bike a couple of weeks ago but it was too small and was the only size the guy had in the shop. I think I would need a 56/58 but I need to see some in the flesh to figure it out. I bought a bike off ebay a while back which turned out to be too small so I don't want to make that mistake again.

Cool, cheers for the sugestions, some of those look pretty dope, a bit too expensive though I reckon. We're pretty poor so I reckon we'll probably go with the budgwt one we found or possible make one from bamboo (!?) which sounds insane but seems to have worked for other people.
Cheers anyway man,
