54cm in Brain tubing.
I bought it a few years ago and it had been built up and ridden 20 miles. Since then it has been stored indoors and the condition is unchanged. It is immaculate. H/S and BB included.
I have the original (Unsigned) guarantee card and manual that also list the geometry:
Braze on cable guides, front mech hanger and PERFECT chrome.

Hi All, I have a Ron Cooper TT rig in 653.
TT is 590, ETT looks like 580, ST 565, BB from ground 275, Top of Head tube to ground 770
I'd say height range in circa 5'10'' to 6'1'
The front Cosmic is near mint. Brakes are Blue shimano 105, CS is 600 Tricolour. The rest is a mixed bag.
Rides beautifully. £550
