I told NUUD their new formula is terrible, see below.
TL:DR, Blame the French, and check the ingredients - they have a New New Formula which doesn’t have the squalane and so might be thicker again. I’ve just ordered some. Don’t think the code below will work twice though, but do try it

The significant change in the new formula lies in the carrier ingredients. Previously, these carriers were thicker, which made it easier for the cream to adhere to the skin. However, based on customer feedback—especially from our French market—we decided to make the carriers thinner.
This change wasn't about reducing costs; in fact, implementing such a change in an established logistics operation is quite expensive. The thinner carriers, as you noted, are more easily washed away during showering. To address this, we recommend gently rinsing your armpits with water rather than using soap, which helps the cream remain in place and maintain its effectiveness.
Since introducing this new formula, we've been closely listening to our customers’ feedback, and we’re currently running tests to thicken the formula again. We're working with short fatty acid chains as oily carriers to enhance durability while still allowing your skin to breathe. This process involves extensive testing and fine-tuning. While the majority of our customers find the new formula to be effective, we’re committed to continually improving our product to meet everyone's needs.
We’ve recently released a new and improved version of the Nuud formula you’ve always loved, available in our Smarter Pack | New Cream. However, this is not the final version.
