Just finished my build... could do with polishing my stem and getting some new bars, or I might get a black quill and black bars. Also might get rid of the rolls saddle, thought it would look good but now might be a bit too bling.
She rides nice... that's all I can say

I was supposed to come into work early this morning... decided against it and slept in, I rock into covent Garden at 9.15, there's queues 300+ long, and hundreds of people riding around on bikes. Basically if you heard about it (no idea how anyone did... I'm an orange customer and I didn't) they were giving away what looked like about 1000 mountain bikes. Tried to join the end of the queue, the guy says we're too late, everyone has a ticket, and all the bikes are accounted for.
They weren't amazing, black frames with orange broadband stickers on (easily removed so it seems... saw loads of people peeling them off once they were out of sight) BUT they had horizontal drops, so anyone looking for a quick fixed MTB conversion might want to keep an eye out for similar promotions, and or... look for the hundreds that will no doubtabley hit ebay in about an hour.

I bought my yellow deep V's from bricklane, one machined, one none-machined. they had tonnes in when I picked them up about a month ago...
The weight is noticable from my old bike, but just in the fact that the bike feels a bit more solid really. It also feels like it can take more punishment without the bike caving in under me.. potholes etc.
