Built by Keith Coppell around 1986. Reynolds 531C tubing
I bought this about 3 years ago to race at my local track, but only lasted one season and never finished replacing all the parts :-)Frame is a bit tatty but structurally sound - I like the patina, but it would be worthy of restoration.
