  Hi all,

  I have 3 (barely) used cans of BLB spray bike paint looking for a new owner; Plumstead, Memphis and Riviera. I got them to give my carbon fork a fresh lick of paint, images attached. There's tons of instruction and tips on the spray bike website.

  Each can is enough to paint a whole frame. £10 all 3 cans collection from Twickenham only.

  Shimano women's XC1W cycling shoes for £45.

  Lightweight and breathable. They take SPD cleats but are not sold with them.

  These are size 39 and too small for my wife, she's worn them 5 times, on dry commutes, and now we've got the next size up. So I've boxed up the smaller shoes in the new box, as in the photos.

  They are barely worn and in very good condition. Retail is £90 and they are usually available for £70.

  Prefer collection but can post for £5 extra.

  I upgraded this hybrid to a flat bar gravel bike before Specialized released theirs a year or two ago. It's been great for commuting and gravel rides. It's light, stiff and fun with the short bar. The frame and forks have a lot of minor cosmetic scuffs and marks. Components are in good condition with nothing in need of replacement.
