Just received my bike. I did a 20k ride, definitely feel less ā€œrolloverā€ than my other bicycles. Maybe when I put more km on it will feel different. The PNW Coast dropper post is pretty cool/useful. WORSHIP ALL THE HEADSET SPACERS!

    No regrets!

A few questions. I set up the tubeless rims with foldable tires. Theyā€™ve held up with air with no problem. In your opinion is this sound? Trust me I wonā€™t be going all out Sam Pilgrim on it.

Desperation is setting in. I may be still able to snag an XXL frame. Would you recommend? Looking at the numbers my stand over is not an issue itā€™s the reach Iā€™m second guessing at. Perhaps shorter stem
    a gaggle of spacers?

First world problems. That being said please have peace in the Ukraine.

If youā€™re enjoying your Neutrino in itā€™s current state all the power to you. Nice to have options.

I know this is another bucket of worms did you set up tubeless? I pretty sure the Maxxis Grifters you have are tubeless or in the BMX world ā€œfoldableā€.

Winters are not kind to the roads out here after a thaw. I appreciate that little bit of cushioning.

The frame was supposed to drop after last Christmas and now is delayed until maybe this March. Who knows maybe even longer.

    I put a pre-order on a frame so itā€™s on!

I could get my hands on a XXL, but Iā€™m thinking the reach will be too long. I donā€™t want a little bike thatā€™s TOO BIGā€¦

Iā€™m going to equip it with a dropper post too. Iā€™m dropper curious.

Thanks! By looking at your build Iā€™m trying how to figure out how Iā€™m going to build mine. (Iā€™m a little shorter than you).

Is that what the weather is like in the UK now? Out here in Canada weā€™re getting an arctic blastā€¦ pretty darn ā€œcrispyā€ out here.

On post #67 what length did you cut the steerer tube to? I was thinking that might be the sweet spot.

I got 100mm of spacers plus the height of the stem clamp which is I believe 40mm.

Enclosed is a picture for anyone wondering the relation to a 700c bike

So a few months back when I decided I was going in for the plunge. Amazon.com (not.ca) had the Zee derailleur for $60 Cdn so that was a no brainer. I bought free ride option so I can run a 11x36.

I searched around further and the shifter and crankset was there too. For under $250 I might as well keep going that route.

Greetings and Happy Holidays from Canada!

Thanks for the inspiration for my build!

Iā€™m a similar height to yourself (179cm). I can only justify this bike by seeing myself having hours of fun on it. Iā€™ve been scoping this thread to determine how short to cut the steerer tube.

All Iā€™m short is the frame itself. Hopefully the pistachio frame drops end of this month.

I have this so far minus the hydraulic Deore brakes and 160 rotors in the pictureā€¦
