in case anyone is still after one, or would like one for their toolbox, i build a handful of presses and race setters when i needed one recently.
£5 each
listing is here -
when i needed these myself, i noticed a few other folks have asked around to borrow presses and setters. i ended up deciding to make one, but had to buy a full length of PVC, so i decided to buy enough to make some extras.
i made the setters longer than most (if not all) stock steerer tubes.
also spent some time with a sander leveling out a "good" side of the setter, so the race should seat nicely (the pic distorts it a bit).these are for 1 1/8 headsets.
the press can be used for 1" of course, but the race setter would only work for 1 1/8.£5 per pair of press and race setter
(4 remaining)Pickup in NW1 (evenings and weekends) or EC1 (daytime)

hey hey, thanks for the interest.
im usually a 43.5 and have a wide toe box, and these fit nicely barefoot and are a wee bit snug with a sock. id be optimistic theyd fit you well.
they also designed it so that you can remove the insole to get extra space.
my exact foot size is length - 272mm , width - 111mm -
