Yeah could be - found this image of same type with rack
cinelli tutto plus, size large (56cm). Have put bullhorn handlebars on it, meaning I’ve had to put on time trial brake levers and mini v-brakes + travel modulator to help braking (converting to bullhorn handlebars means brakes are less powerful, which is why I’ve had to add mini c brakes and travel agent).
It’s rolled steel so a very durable bike, however there are some small scratches to paintwork as shown in pictures. Also note that it comes with clip in pedals, not flats.
Everything else is in good order, put a new chain on it a few weeks ago as well as new brakes and pads on the rear.
Open to offers as I’ve got a new bike with gears! Will give it a clean and a service before pick up!
