  A bit of rag got caught in my rear mech and smashed my frame up. I've been riding on it for a year and a bit but I am worried it might give and I might get hurt one day.

  Looking for a medium frame which will fit my components (it has normal brakes not calipers)

  Current frame is 54.5cm top tube, 16.5cm head tube, 42cm chain stay, 99.5cm wheel base.

  Other parts are:
  Shifters Shimano Ultegra 22 speed
  Front Derailleur Shimano 105
  Rear Derailleur Shimano Ultegra
  Brakes Shimano BR561
  Brake Levers Shimano Ultegra
  Cassette Shimano 105 11x32
  Crankset Shimano RS500 34/50
