  I’m looking for a 49-51 cm frame (I’m 5’2). The plan is to build into a single-speed bike so need horizontal/semi-horizontal rear dropouts; and must be pre-drilled for brakes.

  Too much of a novice to back myself on ebay, so any suggestions gratefully received.

  Can collect from near-ish London.
